We are looking for people who love tennis and the great city of Dallas that want to join our volunteer team. It's a great way to get an up-close view of the action while being a part of  an incredible team that will make our tournament a success.  As a volunteer, you will be fully engaged in the behind-the-scenes of the tournament experience providing your time, energy, and knowledge to enhance the Dallas Open experience for our guests, Players, Officials, and ATP Staff.  

Volunteers are the heart of our tournament. As a volunteer, you will receive a tournament uniform top, meals when you are working your shifts, time to watch matches (based on seating availability), and free parking at the DART Mockingbird station with a shuttle to & from the SMU Altec/Styslinger tennis center.

Each team plays an important role.  To register as a volunteer, please click on REGISTER NOW.  

• You will see three categories: Volunteers, Transportation Drivers & Ball Person Registration*. 
•  The Volunteers category includes the following teams (Credentials, Greeters, Merchandise, Operations-Court Services, Suite Ambassadors & Volunteer Services & Ushers).   
• Once you begin registering you will see a blue + (plus sign) to the left of the team's name, Click on the blue + (plus sign). You can read the team description by clicking on the blue ? (question mark) for more information about each team.
• Once you have chosen your team(s),  begin by selecting the shifts you want to work.
• *Those registering for the Ball Person team, will receive their shift schedules from Christina Allen  (christina.dallasopen@gmail.com)  so  there will be no shifts to select upon registration.
•  All volunteers must select a minimum of 3 shifts (in the volunteer category, you can select more than one team if you sign up for a minimum of 3 shifts- you are welcome to select more than 3 shifts.)
• You will then be asked to enter a user name and password to set up your Dallas Open TRS account. 
• Enter your contact information, emergency contact (Volunteers & Transporation Drivers) Ball People will also provide contact information, parent/guardian name and email address.
• All volunteers are required to electronically agree to the terms and conditions on our Dallas Open Waiver by typing your initials.  Ball People aged 18 and Under must have their parents intial the waiver.
• Transportation Drivers will also need to complete our Driver Waiver during your registration process.
